Deer Valley Ski Resort, located in Park City, is only a short drive from all that Salt Lake City has to offer, and with 91 different runs from which to choose you'll find the perfect ski run for any skill level. Deer Valley Resort lift tickets give you access to 1,800 acres of skiable land, including trails ideal for beginners, intermediate skill levels and even professional skiers. 22 chair lifts and one gondola get you to the top of the run, fast. Deer Valley Ski Resort was twice named the #1 ski resort in North America by Ski Magazine; a testament to the quality of the slopes and the attentive staff at the resort.

This Olympic venue offers the best way to have family fun in the area, with children under 4 skiing free, 4-12 age group tickets available for discounts and great prices on tickets for adults. While snowboarding is not available at the resort, there is an incredible variety of options that will ensure you have fun and enjoy your Utah ski trip. An on-site, state licensed day care is available for the little ones, and the park also offers free shuttles to and from the parking area. Get there early, though; the park caps daily capacity at 6,500 guests, in order to ensure short lines and the best skiing without crowds. The area also offers summertime fun, such as a jazz festival, outdoor music concerts and nighttime concerts under the stars.
